TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms

I have the right to decline a commission task if I find it uncomfortable or beyond my capabilities
Requests will need to provide a description of what they want OR a photo to base the embroierdy off of. (DO NOT STEAL OTHER PEOPLE'S ART)
Additional charges may apply for complex designs and additional resources needed
2 revisions of sketch only once the embroidery process begins I will NOT revise the sketch
Clients are not allowed a refund once the embroidery process begins
I have the right to post the process/finished product on all of my social media platforms

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal and Cashapp
50% down payment is required. Remaining balance must be settled before the embroidery is shipped
Clients may also pay in full upfront
Once you've paid for your commission, you will be officially added to my queue

Process and Delivery

Commissions can take up to 3 weeks depending on the complexity, amount of workload and unforeseen circumstances (if you need it within a week, that is considered a rush commission and you will need to pay extra charges
Please be patient with updates. I will send a sketch for approval before starting the embroidery
You will also be informed if there are any delays in your commission
You will need to provide an address for me to ship the finished product to. Charges for shipping will be included in the final price of the commission
